Sd. Harinder Pal Bhogal

Sd. Harinder Pal Bhogal born to Late Sdn. Mohinder Kaur Bhogal on 11th May, 1958 at city Ludhiana, State Punjab, India.
He carried the brilliance of his grandfather and father further by starting his training in 1973. At the age of 15, he continued to educate himself to keep evolving. With his inquisitive nature, he started implementation of technical instruments and drafting of technical drawings. From the beginning, he was always interested to explore more about machinery. During his training period, most of his time was spent in the workshop, learnt to operate Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Boring Machine, Cylindrical Grinder, Gear cutting machine, Welding, designing of die tools and also worked as fitter.

While he was a member & Treasurer in Rotaract Youth Club, Jaycee Club.

Participated in Ludhiana police traffic training seminars, and made contributions to establish Traffic Training Park.
Distributions of clothes, food & funds to the needy children happened on yearly basis.
Organized blood donation camps, Plantation and other welfare activities.
He was a sportsperson, in swimming, shooting, aero modeling, air wing NCC.
He was a member of Bureau of Indian Standard for technical committee from year 1995-2002.
With the blessing of almighty, he continues to do charity, to serve the society.

He believes in sincere devotion, honesty and hard work towards his profession. With the blessings of his ancestors, he continues to follow their footsteps and set a benchmark for todays generation.
Education:
10th in New High School, Ludhiana in 1975, then B.A 2nd year in 1980 from Arya college and did various technical training courses at Central Tool Room, Ludhiana (An Indo-German Project) under the guidance of German teachers in the year 1983-1985.

Innovation:
With the Inheritance of technical skills and intellectual knowledge passed on from his ancestors. Late Sd. Mohinder Singh Bhogal and Late Sd. Hardaman Singh Bhogal, helped him to enhance his innovative skills. Sd. Hardaman Singh Bhogal educated him, while learning practical knowledge. Had a chance to work on first B.B. Axle Cold Forging machine made in India.

Cold forging steel developed for bicycle components at Aarti Steel, Ludhiana, an environment friendly technology to produce low cost engineering components with higher quality and life, adopted by whole Ludhiana bicycle and automobile components manufacturers.

At Taiwan, he developed Cold Forge cycle parts on low budget machine to produce inexpensive cycle parts.
